Laura Harrington

International Partnerships Manager

Laura provides support to the Director of Corporate Partnerships on the management of The Climate Group’s external stakeholder network and the delivery of our engagement strategies with partners and members.This promotion follows a Communications role at The Climate Group which included external communication coordination, internal CRM management and the project management of stakeholder engagement at global events including COP 15, the Shanghai Expo, Climate Week NYC and COP 16.

During undergraduate and postgraduate education Laura interned at a private investment management firm in London, a non-profit management consultancy in Washington D.C and the United Nations World Food Programme in Rome, Italy. Prior to joining the organisation Laura gained an MSc Violence, Conflict and Development from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London and a BSc (Hons) Politics with Economics from the University of Bath.

In her spare time Laura enjoys learning Spanish and volunteering for the charity Children of the Andes which helps vulnerable children in Colombia.
