Deputy Director, Programs and Development, Greater China

Winnie heads up The Climate Group's program development effort in the Greater China region, with a special focus on  low carbon technologies  promotion and demonstration in  China , VP Fund management, as well as financial sector observation and acceleration.

She has over ten years working experience in Chinese financial investment sector, especially banking and venture capital investments. She is familiar with decision-making process in the Chinese financial institutes and understanding corporate financial needs. 

Winnie holds a Masters degree in Business and Management from Strathclyde Graduate Business School, Strathclyde University, UK, and a Bachelors degree in English from Peking University, China.
